岗位职责
General Mission:

? Based on company expansion project and request, search for new store site, run research on target site and its business environment, including legal approval and other approval documents
? Be responsible to the feasibility analysis and decision-making with supervisor
? Conduct and participate in project negociation and contract preparation.

Experience and background:
? Bachelor or higher degree. Major in engineering, constrction, economy or other related domains.
? Ability to work in english environment, knowledge of french is a plus
? Good command of Office Series Software and Internet skill
? Good negociation and communication skills
? Good knowledge of investment environment in Beijing region, 2 years or more experience in local real estate developer, real estate agency, development department of big retailer. Experience in foreign enterprise is a plus


? 工程, 建筑, 经济等相关专业, 本科以上
? 能在英语工作环境下工作，法语优秀者优先考虑
? 较强的沟通协调能力, 熟练掌握电脑办公软件
? 熟悉北京地区的投资环境并具有当地房地产开发公司, 房地产中介公司, 超市或连锁零售业的开发部门2年以上工作经验, 有在外商投资企业工作经验者优先考虑
